"Essentially every batch of Bread ends up with 2 drops of it.. never thought of 15.."
- actually it was 5 x 15 drops, 5 dropperfuls:)
Why; because I wanted to test it, but also I work to much these days to put Iodine in my boys; this way they get their daily dose without me thinking about it.
They loved the bread too, no taste of Iodine BTW.
The math; 24 mg x 15 x 5 = 1800 mg, divided on 50 slices; that would give a nice amount of 36 mg per slice of bread. I dont know if the Iodine sustain in that amount, or drift away as a halogen. Some of it does, probably.
