Re: Help shape my Candida Battle, Please

I looked at chitinase enzymes as a treatment for candida a while ago and I found two problems with this approach.

1. Candida hides and protects itself in fibrin-made biofilm cages in mucus. Fibrin is not chitin. So these fibrin biofilm cages will not only help to protect the candida from the immune system and from anti-fungals, but they will also be protected from the acion of chitinase enzymes -- which act to dissolve chitin, not fibrin.

2. Chitin may be able to remove candida from the intestines region -- but will chitinase work against the more widely dispersed fungal or invasive form that is already in the blood, tissues and organs when you have the systemic form of candida?

One of the better products that I've been looking at is Theramedix CDX, which not only contains chitinase to digest chitin but it also contains plant enzymes that will digest and dissolve the fibrin-made candida biofilms as well. But I'm still not sure whether Theramedix CDX formula will act sufficiently well outside the intestines to kill the systemic form of candida.

I still think that Turpentine/Kerosene is the way to go in this respect. Turpentine's body protection profile is nothing short of phenomenal which is why I decided to use it in my anti-candida remedy. Turpentine is a paint stripper, so it will easily remove biofilms by its solvent stripping action. It rapidly kills candida and is also antibacterial, anti-viral, anti-mycplasma and anti-parasitic as well as being a strong antioxidant for detox. But you have to be careful using turpentine because the die-off or Herx effects can be considerable because of its fast action against candida.
