it's hard to make any diagnosis based on the symptoms only but chances are these are caused by some bugs that are known to get anywhere in the body - such as flukes (especially schistosomas, but could be any other flukes, they are similar to protozoans or bacterias in the way they reproduce (very fast), create colonies and are hard to eliminate)

could also be filarial worms, the microfilaria get everywhere in the body too

could also be some kind of protozoa (in addition to the chronic giardia, as the poster above mentioned, when not fully eliminated they get systemic and attack all kinds of body places). such as blastocystis, that one creates most of the symptoms that you're experiencing, plus it's a by-product of the fluke - lancet liver fluke so they team up with the flukes in any cases, almost all of them (the parasites)

you can get crazy first before you'll get the proper diagnosis so maybe it would be better to find out what can get rid of the flukes and protozoans (and/or any other parasites) and start experimenting because after all that's the only "sure thing" you can do - experiment and try different things and keep doing what's working until the day all of the symptoms are gone - good luck, it cat get better but takes a very long time to clear all kinds of "bugs" from the body
