I know it sounds like a lot of things :). If you've got giardiasis in the past there's a good chance you still have it with these symptoms. I would also go for candida and check also bacterial overgrowth especially hpilory. If you have chronic giardiasis or chronic hpilory plus lots of Antibiotics there's a greater chance you developed candida and maybe more. My two cents...

Best advice from lineup if you have access to good stool testing...to find out exactly what you have.
Until then for giardiasis or candida try keep a non Sugar non glucose non refined diet. no beer no fruits...no Sugar no dairy except butter but not too much fats
