hi, I think you gave an excellent example re: dealing with unresolved emotional issues (by the way they are definitely relevant and related to the possible parasitic infestations and/or any other physical body issues, after all I think we all agree that a body-mind-spirit connection is real and if there's a "crack" in any of them then the "whole" can't be ok, but then "the crack is what gets the light in" so yes, I think we have to feel those things in order to remove them, slowly but surely layer by layer

I would estimate that my overall quality of life is at about 89% point of the line between total illness/sickness and total healthy state (zero being the total sickness) which is very good and is like that on my best days (unfortunately there are still some fluctuations which make days more miserable, but do not last too long) but obviously I want to be where I don't even need to think about it, just like before this nightmare started, I was (like many people) completely oblivious and never thinking about any possible parasitic infections, after all we're conditioned that humans are "special" and that we are immune to all parasites that create problems for animals or plants (or anything alive at this planet) and we live with that notion until one day the nature shows us differently

anyway - I think the key to wellness is to discover what works for you and then to stick with it regardless of what goes on, because if something's working it does not mean you are ok right away, it simply truly takes time and effort and diligent patience and of course, (and that's my personal belief, I'm not saying it does apply to everybody) one needs to be optimistic and believe that all bad would be gone one day
