= just hard to fathom. Esp. the grass part (as we used to call it.) Falls under the category of extreme experimentation. ( Don't underestimate the 'power' of simple sungazing, sans magnifying glass.) Also, doesn't have much to do with "water only fasting", the name of the forum. But okay--On the whole, I would say, it sounds like someone would be working at cross-purposes, in terms of accomplishing healing. Too much going on, and in, when the whole brilliant and essential foundation of wfasting is to simplify, let the body manage its own resources in its own innate body-wisdom (that we seldom if EVER allow it)--in short, to let go, and (let grace) release.



this WAS a serious post, was it? Just curious.
