Sleep and self-gratification are important. Sleep its huge. So yes your entire problem could be based in these, but its not likely. You need to limit self-gratification to one per week (or nothing) and work to get acceptable sleep (god knows how, I have tried lots of things with limited success). I know how you feel, but playing with yourself, spanking the monkey depletes of chi your already tired body. Sex on the other hand isnt as bad, there is like a exchange of etheric energy, but certainty its also something that will stress your body if done excessively. I too when I sleep late or oversleep I feel like the walking shit. Sleeping earthed has corrected my sleep onset insomnia so now I am not longer suicidal. And its easy to see how when you wank its an stress hormone party.
Anyway, adrenal fatigue causes bad sleep and bad sleep causes adrenal fatigue. So you should be treating your adrenal fatigue on top of stop wanking as much (lol) and trying to get deep sleep in the proper time frame and quantity.
