Hi Paulette,

I was able to calm this down with lots of meditation and slow breathing exercises.

Also practice moving in slow motion as much as possible. Tai Chi movements in the shower, putting away dishes, folder cloths.

It is sort of like the Amygdala retraining program.

I slacked of on my meditation...and watched 5 seasons of Dexter in a row, so it came back a little. So back to the meditation, and no more thrillers.
