Re: Gout questions

The gout is a kidney problem from what I have read, some books suggest 85% of the kidney must be dead before gout can appear. What I chose for BOOK I would agree the kidneys are harmed, but not that they can not be restored back to full function.

Until your gout is gone for ever, meats and acid forming foods are a no no. Some people are forced to live on God's foods, while others can abuse their bodies. Your not in the shape that can take abuse.

Fasting stops the stomach ulcers/acid production and once this is under control and your body cleanses of rock type stones, you should be what is considered a normal person being able to eat normal things. BUT if your kidneys are a weak spot in your body inherieted, etc. then you may have to eat better foods than most people.

PITCHING all socks and going barefoot most if not all the time is a great cure for gout on its own, the crystals can't form in bendable free toes!!

MASSAGE, roll, play and move that body!!!!!!! Get active and by that I don't mean work, I mean PLAY, have fun with a bunch of kids and let them wear you out daily until all the mud is out of the body! SWEAT it out, the sitz bath will do a great job for gout problem.
