Hi Baggiostyle,

First of all, welcome! There is a lot of support here and is a great source of info.

Have you had a hair mineral analysis done yet? I spent several years guessing what mineral is low or high and how to treat it. My advice to you would be to get some concrete proof. Mineral relationships are tricky and you many do more harm than good if you're just going on symptoms.For example, I thought for sure I was copper toxic when come to find out I am quite deficient. This can be the case with many minerals as toxicity symptoms are often the same as deficiency symptoms.
