I want to detox as fast as safely possible. I'm not into gradual increases or "taking it easy", so long as it's not doing liver/kidney damage. Seeing that I'm perfectly healthy and have all the nutrients I need for kidney and liver health, along with doing salt pushes around the clock, I can probably handle quite a bit more than I'm taking now.
I tried 300 mg today, felt very lazy all day, little muscle tension, slight headaches in the back of my head due to muscle tension. Not too bad though. The danger of Iodine is that you flush too much Fluoride/Bromide into your kidneys at once.
