Hey, excellent. I think I'll do that. I sometimes wake up with leg cramps though, so I do take quite a bit of calcium. Magnesium and potassium deficiencies have been ruled out.

I have read that excessive calcium supplementation can decrease the effectiveness of Iodine... maybe I'll lower it as much as I can.

It seems to take a lot for the chelation/excretion of NaF>CaF.

Do you know if it continues to take calcium even after all the fluoride is gone?
