So yes it's quite easy to calibrate doses of Mg and Ca with those two. I'm aware that Boron increases the usability of Mg and Ca, apparently by up to 50%. Vitamin D is taken alongside Calcium, also with vegetable powders containing a high amount of vitamin K throughout the day. Magnesium is taken with split up doses of vitamin C, and Calcium. After three months on 25g+ dried Chlorella, 20g+ Green Superfood, and 10g+ dried Wheatgrass every day, my digestive tract is quite clean for proper absorption. I also don't eat refined sugar, and don't drink alcohol. As you can see, absorption isn't really a variable here.
