Except for #5, which by the way has no connection to anything she says,everything else is WRONG!
It is really dangerous to present yourself as knowledgeable, when in fact you don't know what you are talking about, and your only purpose is profit...
I hope people are smarter than that, especially on a fasting forum, and realize they need to listen to people who know their staff...
