Leads on GI intolerance to garlic/onion and isothyocyanate containing vegetables (i.e. Cruciferous vegetalbes)

I’m looking for anyone that has ideas or leads on my garlic/onion/cruciferous vegetable intolerance. About 4 years ago have developed a strong intolerance to any compound that contains isothyocyanates (onions, garlic, cruciferous vegetables, asparagus, artichoke and even aloe vera). Strangely I also seem to have a similar reaction to MSM, Glucosamine/Chondroitin Sulfate, and Chlorophyll. I’ve tried to track down WHAT the actual problem is from various angles including IgE & IgG antibodies, candida infections (which I have repeatedly battled with) and liver/gallstone cleanses. My blood work evidently showed signs of GI immune activation (elevated eosinophil and reduced lymphocytes) which means it could be primarily an immune issue. I just find the additional chemicals strange (MSM, Glucosamine/Chondroitin Sulfate and Chlorophyll). I developed celiac/gluten intolerance and significant candida infections about the same time so I’m sure there is some correlation.

When I’m exposed to isothyocyanate containing foods, I seem to have a Candida flair up and my liver/gall bladder drainage seems to get plugged up so I get all the symptoms of gallstones. I was hoping that maybe the clues of additional chemicals (MSM, Glucosamine/Chondroitin Sulfate and Chlorophyll) might trigger someone’s thoughts or the fact that reaction seems to affect my liver/gallbladder axis somehow. Or if they are just some “hidden” allergy, are there any angles to look at to decreasing my sensitivity/symptoms.

When I eat them my muscles will often tighten up and my entire gut will start “dumping.” If I get enough exposure I’ll feel like I have the flu (hot sweating, chills, fatigue etc.) for a day or two. Plus when the stool does finally make its way through, it will burn as it comes out. The only things that have seemed to help slightly have been taking Chamomile and Antihistamines such as Allegra. I’ve been hoping I would track down some imbalance or system I could cleanse/heal to reverse the problem but so far the two angles I’ve tried (candida and liver cleanses) although important and helpful for my health, have had seemingly no effect on my garlic/onion intolerance.

I feel like I’ve pretty well researched and applied everything I can find and I just have to live with it. If anyone has any ideas or leads I’d appreciate it.
