I got my recipe from abovetopsecret.com I use one cup water to three tablespoons lecithin and one cup distilled water to l tablespoon ab sorbic acid . I bought everything in Amazon.com. I got the Now Foods non Genetically-Modified-Organisms lecithin and the Now Foods ab sorbic acid . I bought everything in a bundle for about 60 dollars. It is worth every penny! The cleaner is just a small one I got , also on Amazon, for about 25 dollars. I know it sure made a difference in how the parasite cleansers worked. I take about two tablespoons full every three or four hours. That is about four to five times a day.
