Well I was up most of the night, feeling sick and unable to sleep, so I did some research on the internet. I think I have found my problem. (I hope!). These bugs deplete you of nutrients. They steal what your body needs to function. I am very low on magnesium, it fits all my symptoms. I took two magnesium pills in the middle of the night, and will take it today too. I think that is going to give me back my energy, stop my anxiety, help me sleep at night, and make a huge difference. I don't regularly eat foods high in magnesium, and most food crops are depleted of it anymore. We will see. I will let you know so it may help someone else. The small amount of magnesium you get in a one a day vitamin is not enough.
