I have a very limited diet due to many food intolerances .I use olive oil for cooking and sometimes coconut oil.Apart from the fat from my meat,which I couldn't measure accurately the only other thing I could get my 40g of fat from is the olive oil.100ml of olive oil contains 91.5g of fat.I have a plastic spoon which measures 15ml,after my meal I take 3 of these with big gulps of water in between!These alone give me my 40g.Sometimes I feel so nauseous I don't want to eat never mind take the olive oil but I know I have to.
I do put a couple of pounds on during the 2 weeks of taking it but it seems to come back off the week after.
