As for the brands of oregano oil you can get at Vitamin World or other chain healthfood stores, they are already diluted enough and not as pure/organic as MH's oregano oil-- so I used those brands straight from the jar. Even the diluted brands have a good antibacterial effect- that's how potent oregano oil is.
