Hi Matrix! I used the lower strength one which was already mixed in olive oil. I have MH's Super Strength too-- locked in a cooler waiting for when the other stuff is used up and for any serious virus or flu that may occur in the future A friend of mine at work tried the lower strength one in a teaspoon and her sore throat ended immiediately. She couldnt believe it-- The reason she even tried mine was because she is a very open-minded girl to begin with.
