I like to take pregneolone and or DHEA ... plus extra vitamin C...to 'soften' the crash.


Also make sure you get enough water ans salt... dehydration can cause crashing.

If it's horrible and you have severe Depression or insomnia... take some kind of palliative medicine... like cannabis or tramadol if needed.

If you you have digestive issues, eat soft and simple food (soup, broth, etc) and build us to solid food over a few days.

Learn the lesson of the crash and integrate it... but don't worry or beat yourself up about it.

lastly, build your energy reserve back by starting very gentle yoga... for 5 to 10 minutes.. and slowly increase it back as high as you want to go.
