I do boil my whole-wheat-grains.
I do boil my beans and beets.
I do not eat white rice, but brown rice (the whole rice with the bran still on), of course I boil it. And usually I eat rice very scarce, because rice, well I'm no rice-eater. Neither potato-eater. These foods are lame foods !
The rest of foods eaten by me do not require cooking, simply as such. Maybe fermenting, but not cooking.
raw-fooodist or not - anyway - you cannot cook caviar, you have to eat it raw (with or without parasites)
