Unfortunately, I am having difficulty converting sulfur to sulfate due to mercury poisoning, so MSM is out of the question at this juncture.

I will up my current dose of 4,270 mgs of buffered C, although high doses send me straight to the loo.

BTW what is the company name and the dosage of the B3 vitamin you are taking?
