I'm no medical expert but have you seen a gastro doctor and not just a family doctor? Also are you having other gastro problems that you are not mentioning? I know that the large intestine is connected to the anal area. When you said you had bad stomach pains that is an indication that there is more going on in your colon. I would recommend you seeing a specialist. It may be something going on with your stomach as well.
