I think your cleansing with a shower after a bowel movement right, as some people with hemorroids do. However pumping water directly to your intestines sounds really weird and creepy. You could have used enemas with water or solutions, that would be more convenient. I've started to use some hemorroid suppositories at the moment, in case there may be some internal hemorroids or fissure. If you observe blood in your stool, I recommend using these
