ahh, well I thought about that one, but with almost 900 pages, that would be a little bit too much to read. I've read some of the Rs, but still not all of them, I think I'll try and do it.
As for things surfacing with iodine, its a positive thing for me, because it makes things more accessable to me. I've tried different therapies, drugs and supplements and I didn't experience success except with B3 and now Niacin.
I've added selenium lately to protect my thyroid and soon I'll add Vitamin C and maybe Mg too
