Re: Emotional detox

I believe you would benefit from reading the forum posts from the beginning. Start with the R`s; there is a treasure chest of info here.

Emotional detox; yes Iodine can start an emotional detox; I have seen this in kids in particular, but also had a tremendous development in this department myself.

" I like to highlight the emotional detox that I really need the most as I have some bad things happen to me in my past with abusive parents etc

Now I feel that very slowly things that are burried deep inside of me are surfacing and its pretty exciting as I have tried endless supplements and non had every been close to that result. Cleaning time is my sleep/dreaming I feel and it seems to be moving and clarifying things."

-This is serious matters to deal with on your own. I suggest self help books, different alternative therapies like Rosen therapy, homeopathy, acupuncture, etc.
Never blame Iodine for this; it only brings it up to the surface. It is a blessing, as one then can face it and do something about it, but hard to deal with at times, thats why I mention alternatives to help you out.

And the moderators are not in here for a "most popular contest".
We RRR a post when we see it deserves one, not because we like or not like the poster.

All our stories are in here, start with page one; if you search, you find :)
