Re: Iodine is an ESSENTIAL nutrient
He doesnt mention allergic ppl to iodine, just states, that some might be taking too much, others too little. and btw there are allergies to almost everything, but thats not the point ;)
Also he doesn't look to be one of "them" [tptb] or just a salesperson trying to make some money, because he gets into details and is scientific to a higher degree than seen in usual ads.
Abraham is also selling his optimox stuff and has conducted one of the most thorough articles on
Iodine supplementation I have seen..
Still I wouldnt call him biased and neither does Haskell seem to be one, but we'll never know.
Anyway I am constantly thinking, what to make of my own
Iodine supplementation, because it is causing some of the so called "emotional detox" I have never experienced before with ANY drug or supplement and I feel this effect to be positiv.
But I am also afraid of my thyroid being destroyd or developing nodules. Now I am thinking as to wether to move on despite this fear or to reduce the intake. Because
Iodine has plenty other benefits other than just the thyroid health.
btw, this forum is unfortunately not an open discussion forum, any negative reports or critics on iodine nevery get any "Rs" afaik
@trapper: at the beginning I found some of your postings interesting but lately you appear to be weird to me and your arguments have zero basis
"gram a day, keeps dr away"
do you think this is in anyway constructive to the threads question?
please try and be more supportive and neutral with your own experience, even if you sell this stuff yourself
