Seems like what I was wondering a while back about the blue-cheese is exactly what happened. It was replacing the candida but then the bacteria or fungus from the blue cheese eventually had just as bad of an effect as the candida. I have heard plenty of other people having the same problems with other supposed "harmless yeasts", after a while they just feel crappy again. Even candida is actually a harmless yeast and necessary in the human body as long as it is kept in balance by the beneficial bacteria.
