It is so refreshing to see somebody's face for once! I wonder who more folks don't have a picture of their face as their avatar.

Most suggestion for you would be to see an integrative doctor or naturopath with skills in adrenal fatigue. I have noticed after reading your post the following:

- background of Antibiotics , placed on an SSRI, what you thought was a "nervous breakdown"
- Immune dysfunction
- Hormonal issues - PCOS

I'd recommend a diurnal salivary cortisol test by ZRT labs. It would be smart to assess your adrenal function. It is all too easy to start treating the symptoms when one looks at a case like this, when in fact it is a much more intelligent approach to treat the body's stress axis, the HPA axis. This may include the hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal glands and quite possibly your thyroid gland.
You are best to see somebody who is expert in treating the underlying adrenal axis, I believe it will make all the difference.
