Re: myriad of symptoms, don't know where to start, pleast help

Doc's told me the exact same thing. This is what I ended up having to do. It might not be your case but it's something to look into.

I'm only 20 too, I got this real young. I didn't read your whole post but heres my quick story:

Had a mercury filling that I ground on a LOT since jr highish. Drank a lot in college, studied engineering with a ton of stimulants, horrible diet, drugs etc.

To get myself in order. It took a lot of research and a long time feeling hopeless, but I'm finally getting better:

Took 2-3 months for my adrenal glands and thyroid to stabilize from all of the stress. Thyroid blood test is easy (Free T4, T3, and TSH), and an adrenal saliva test.

I got my silver filling out on a whim, luckily I was on the right track. Tried the cutler protocol and I started to feel much better. I'd look into this, especially if you have silver fillings. It can also come from other places. Candida and metals poisoning often go together for some reason.

Realized I had candida, changed my diet, antifungals, etc. Also had leaky gut, all I really did for that was take L-glutamine on an empty stomach for a few weeks.

Right now I'm on track to be better and feel a thousand times better than 3 months ago. I would be fine except it takes a long time to get rid of everything even with the right protocol.



Go find a functional medicine doctor in your area (someone who has an MD who advises for alternative methods; best of allopathic medicine mixed with the better parts of naturopathic), they know what's going on. Get a naturopath if you can't find a functional medicine doctor. Tweet
