My body temperature is in the 36. And I've just noticed that all my supplements contain dicalvium phosphate and magnesium steerage. Even my selenium and my zinc. Absolutely all of them. I had no idea about it. It's really confusing and hard. I buy my supplements from a well known brand. :(. And I bought some extra so now throwing them all away.... it's kind of sad. My diet is good. Use olive oil or butter to cook and no fast-food, no sodas. Sometimes organic when possible.
