Yes, I have ditched a few supplements, a lot of them actually, before I learned. I think this may be the reason why multi vit / minerals in general get a bad score on tests; the added fillers / binders, calcium / dicalcium phosphate.
- To test a supplement, see if you can take it without food. If belching or other discomfort, you are not digesting them well.
Magnesium stearate; not all that bad in small amounts, but if you take like 10 pills a day and they all have some, you will consume quite a bit of trans fat within a year.
If your temp is 36-ish you are probably hypo T, and your racing heart may just continue. I had it for many years.
The
Iodine protocol, with magnesium, salt, vit C and selenium helped; now it is gone.
NB; if the racing heart is of a heavy pounding type, keeping you awake at night; it could be the vit B causing it. I dont know why it happened to me, but something with an adrenal fatigue maybe.
- Try to go off it for 10 days, then you will know. With me it took 7 days; and this was the supplement I least suspected would cause this symptom.
