I think you need to be more detailed about your dosages of Iodine and companions.
Dandruff could be candida / fungus situation.
Acne shows a hormone inbalance. Iodine doesnt cause acne, but it may cause a detox showing up like acne.
Heart racing and anxiety can be both hypo and hyper symptoms, or maybe a Hashimotos.

I had all the heart symptoms; being hypo thyroid, before iodine. If your temperature is higher than 37 C it is probably a hyper T situation. If lower than 36.8, it is hypo T ish.

You need to use time to research; if you want to do this yourself. This forum is not a shortcut to anything; just us giving information based on our own experience, and giving links that can elaborate.
