Re: Advice on Bowel Retraining after Enema dependancy

Hi milky
I'm in a similar situation and i believe kcirla is right. Constipation is mainly caused by pathogens. Would be better to figure out what these pathogens are and start eradicate them plus put new probiotics inside.

About a year ago I was very impacted I couldn't go at all without enema due to colonic infections. I did a series of colonics cause enema was too inefficient at that particular time and then had a candida diet like (which in fact is good for many pathogens) plus goodprobiotics and anti-inflammatory. From the 3 rd session I was able to go on my own continuing robiotics and so on.

Little did we know then about other infections besides candida. The soon I stopped the clean and very expensive probiotics I stopped having BM on my own. Since then I discovered 3 types of parasites 2 bacterial overgrowth and candida.

In my opinion also you could try to see if have infections. Retraining is not quit the solution. Before became ill coffee was helping me. Now it did nothing at all. Stress is an indirect factor in my opinion.

I've heard about good results with kefir but milk kefir for me doesn't work. It depends on the pathogens inside you Some may feed on milk in any form some will impair your ability to digest. Water kefir for me is my next try.
Diet is also very important.
