I was always healthy until my late fifties and early sixties when I developed afib and found out that my pot belly was a result of adrenal exhaustion and that the adrenals could very well be the cause of the AFIB. I went the doctor route and found out that was a one way ticket to the grave yard and an early death. Then I started researching health every place I could find it and one place was here. I found out the value of an alkaline body, the value of minerals, the destructive reactions to a cesspool colon created by acidic foods,candida, parasites,leaky gut, bad digestion and have discovered the secret to good health begins with the digestion. Once I got a handle on the source of all disease I addressed that area and realized no matter what you have or what condition you are in the common origin of all problems originates in the colon. There are basically two sources of disease being acidosis and toxicity. It does not matter if you have diabetes,heart disease,arthritis or adrenal fatigue, the common source is in the way the body takes in nutrients and rids itself of waste. If you are sick you have cells surrounded by toxic waste instead of clean pure matter. It's all about cellular cleansing. Look at the body like a swimming pool. No one wants to swim in a filthy green pool with algae and filthy, we want to swim in a pool that is sparkling clean and a pool where we can see the bottom in crystal clear water.The cells are the same way and when we get sick that is what happens. The cells are awash in filth. Can you understand?
