Re: How old are you?

Hi

I personally think that you are doing great because you came to realize such important things as nutrition so early in life.
To be perfectly honest I'm still struggling. I'm more focused on yoga and supplements and I just forget about nutrition completely if I'm not hungry.

I totally agree with you about hypoglycemia being more of a problem than many can even imagine. Mental symptoms of hypoglycemia and ADHD are nearly identical! I believe I was hypoglycemic my whole life but instead I blamed it all on my ADHD and kept taking more Ritalin instead f food! At least I was an adult, but to give kids stimulants instead of good nutrients is just criminal...
I think no one is really interested in keeping people healthy and happy when it comes to global politics. What is more important is to keep people FUNCTIONAL so they can keep on working and spending money on food and drugs that are meant to make them sick and needy for more money so they can pay for more and more drugs... It's not a Conspiracy but a self sustaining global machine fueled by the power and will of our own consumerism. But it's a whole another topic and it's very boring:)

For brain fog and anxiety?...
You might want to try magnesium, 5 HTP for anxiety.
I had improvement with brain fog after taking liposomal Glutathione which makes me think it's due to the liver toxicity. It tastes very gross though.
Inositol is great, works for me quite well too.

Pranayama is excellent for anxiety. It allowed me to efficiently taper off very high dose of Xanax (I'm not done yet but I cut down 75% ) Yoga increases GABA activity in the brain, so you have to start practicing it to have long-term significant improvement. Try alternate nostril breathing to rewire your brain and rebalance the ANS.

Meditate 15 -30 minutes twice a day for 2-3 weeks and I give you money back guarantee you'll notice VERY dramatic improvements.
The best meditation technique for anxiety would be JAPA. Get yourself some mala beads, sit down comfortably anywhere, move each bead with your finger while saying a mantra first out loud, then whispering, then silently. It really helps to calm the mind because your attention follows the movement of the bead and the sound of your voice, so it's much easier than just saying a mantra alone.

Good luck with everything

Don't focus on what other people think about you so you can prove them wrong. It is the ultimate source of your anxiety.
