What happened to the 4th, 8th, and 12th harmonic?

As I said all along, it might produce a subset of the even harmonics, but not the true set of even harmonics.

A waveform that contains any even harmonics must have a sloping rise and fall time and there will not be a sharp rising or falling edge by definition.
