Re: coconut oil vs caprylic acid?

I think James' question was about Coconut Oil vs. Caprylic Acid not Coconut Oil vs. Coconut Milk.

It's probably understood that the milk is very weak regarding Caprylic Acid and Lauric Acid.

I am also interested in this question.

Normally I try to use the original food source over the artificial supplement,
that's why I have always taken Coconut Oil and never Caprylic Acid.
