Yes ... I know how to refeed ... I wasn't on the last fast long enough.

My tongue is still coated and my bloating was through the roof.

I started again because I need this one to be my long one ... I need this one to get the remaining junk from the trunk ... I need this fast to push my thyroid so it also gets the toxins out.

I realized I can't cut corners when trying to heal a Hashimoto thyroid ... there is simply a fine line. Dr. Scott said it best ... there is a narrow path that God gave us for great health....just like that narrow path to eternal life. Slight deviations may be the difference between life and death.

I choose life ... my body is mine and mine alone to care ... it is all I have ...!

Each day I wake ... I tell myself this fast is my narrow path to life ... refeeding is the long narrow path to life. I either eat God's given fruit and veggies or I risk death.

I don't want to die ... I want to live ... and be free of the mistreatment I did to my body all these years.

I did this ... now I must undue it ... it is painful ... pain is just a thought that can be replaced with hard work.
