Ok... If u ask, I would suggest u to be on water for a day and then just re-start ur re-feeding by eating small portions of fruits with some hh time gap for 1-2 days.. then day 3 some raw salad and fruits... then day 4 may be even 5 u can add to ur salads some avocado (may be 1-2 tsp).. on day 6 (7) u can eat some healthy protein/carbs (ideally right combos of food should be welcomed)..
The amount of Water Fasting days SHOULD BE EQUAL to the amount of RE-FEEDING days..
