Need to restart Immediately

I just finished a 10 day fast....I have been on squeezed OJ most of the week, and today started with mashed sweet potatoes.

My tongue is awful...my rash is awful...my bloating is awful...my fatigue is simply awful.

I am going to put 2+2 together 4 sure I ended the Water Fast way to soon.

I was going to take next week off due to Spring Break with kids, but decided my body cannot afford this option. I have to start tonight 1800 ... and this time I go non-stop until hunger or pink tongue occur.

I know I can do this ... getting started is just difficult for the first couple of days.

My only concern is my fatigue ... it seemed to be strong this last time which means my body is trying with all its might to heal me, hence the extra use of my energy supply.

I will nap when I need, and head to bed early.

I will be posting again daily ... hopefully every night around 1800.

The sun is finally starting to come out ... so hopefully I can use its power to regain my power (convert that into energy).

Will be back in 28 hours ...! One can only make change by doing action .... my action will be a water fast....! I know I can do this.
