Two ways: You can either get food grade borax (rose mountain herbs has it) or you can get boron supplements. I buy Swanson Vitamin's Tri-boron 3mg (240 count for $4.49) and take 30-60mg daily most days for my knee. Otherwise I would take 15-20mg.
