I've actually been doing the majority of that protocol and have seen a slight difference but I was also traveling and was rather busy and stressed when I started it. Might have caused an upheaval in my body.
What I did notice is that it got exponentially worse a few days before my cycle, even though I had given the Iodine a rest and was flushing my system. And my actual 'time of the month' was debilitating for 3 days. I was barely functioning. Can I expect that to subside after awhile?
