Jason's dandruff shampoo...

You can use it for shampoo, but also, put it directly o skin and scalp.
You will be glad it exists... that stuff continues to help me, and its affordable.

I also use seabuckthorn oil on scalp, and there is a shampoo with seabuckthorn oil in it called Rx shampoo or doctors rx shampoo.

At one point my ears were bothering me and I put tea tree on some
ear plugs and that helped... I sometimes put a little jason on the outside
of my ears...

Jason's is gentle because its intended for the skin. In the beginning, I had this all over... and I used Jasons all over. It can make you feel cold, as its like cold cream in a way... so wear extra jamies... but I have a bottle in the car, by the bed, and take it when I travel etc.
