I need to wrap this up for today, but just so you know I'm 35 this year and I spent 4-5 years during my twenties suffering from diagnosed at the time Adrenal Fatigue (I find it questionable now looking back seeing i was starving myself on several dietary 'programs') I went through high fat stage, and plenty of other approaches- and spent money I didn't have on supplements and meds just like everybody else looking for answers.
Interestingly enough the article we're debating over is from a lady who is paleo oriented- but no matter what lifestyle, same common sense principles apply. I don't have a problem if people are thriving doing something else- hope that helps!
