Please read the article again. Nobody is implying people are not sick. I on another hand find it insensitive and irresponsible when people are very quick to diagnose each other on forums like this and suggest meds, pills and supplements, considering how little information they have about the person.

What the article says is to make sure whatever the situation to cover your basics before jumping into anything seeing that quite often people overlook how much they eat in search for 'purity' and follow restricting programs.

If tou want to take things personally- that's your choice. It's also your choice to take this information or leave it.
