I am pleased that this approach worked for these people but in my own personal experience of having long standing gut dysbiosis, any fruit (even with exclusion of fat) has simply exacerbated my problems. Bananas are also very hard on the liver since I believe they can be difficult to digest causing intolerances as their skin also contains slight traces of alcohol which for any liver struggling to cope with an influx of candida toxins isnt a good idea. Thats only my own experiences, its always good to hear what has worked for other people since we are all different and what works for one doesnt necessarily work for another.
