I've no doubt that some folks are cured of their illness by eating an all-banana or other mono fruit diet. Trouble is, no sane person can stick with it forever. I wonder what happens down the line when natural cravings for protein or fatty foods eventually ensue.
Since these people were cured of candida by eating fruit but almost no fat, my conclusion is: these ladies had liver issues. Giving your liver a rest from oils & fats will give it the opportunity to normalize and do its work.
Unfortunately, we need fats & oils, and later on these people will, I should think, suffer from fatty acid deficiency.
Any thoughts? I'm open to hearing anything that's believable.
