HLA-DR is involved in several autoimmune conditions, disease susceptibility and disease resistance. There are many HLA-DR snps. Yasko doesn't test for them but 23and me gives you the raw data allowing a search for a particular gene snp.
My assumption is you can put the raw data into geneticgenie and they can tell you more about it. But then again, maybe I just need to change my diet and screw the scientifically proven genetic results. ;) BTW, one of the leaders does interpretations of your test results for a nominal fee. Most of the MTHFR'ers are paying her to essentially break the results down for them, be it MTHFR or SNP results, as it's so incredibly difficult. In case you're interested.
